The Vampire Official Council is encharged of regulating all the vampire activities throughout the world.
A single Council is not enough for the whole world, so there's one division of the Main Council in each continent. The Vampire Official Council is divided in:
-Main Vampire Official Council (Europe)
-Anglo-Saxon Vampire Council (North America)
-Austral Vampire Council (Africa)
-Latin Vampiric Council (Southern America)
-Eastern Vampiric Assembly (Asia)
-Pacific Vampire Joint (Australia)
It is encharged of:
-receiving new vampires
-controll vampire feeding
-sanction vampires
-apply vampiric laws
and others.
